We offer free standard package shipping up to $35 anywhere in the lower 48 United States with Fedex and UPS for all of our customers' purchases. This comes with package tracking. We also offer competitive prices on shipping to Canada, while trying to give you as close to the same deal as possible.

Most Items will ship within 2 to 15 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.

If you would like expedited shipping or to ship to anywhere in Canada, Alaska, or Hawaii, please contact us for a shipping quote. We are not shipping to countries outside of the U.S. and Canada at this time.

You may return any item you are dissatisfied with within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund, minus shipping.  We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if you're not satisfied with whatever you purchase from us, that you can return it and get your money back. Please contact us for information on returning a product prior to doing so. We will be happy to cover the cost of shipping the damaged item, and shipping a sound replacement your way.

Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry.  Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal.  If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.

Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
